Hello and Welcome!
My name is Megan Willier, and I am one of the founders and assistant director of this wonderful establishment. Before I dive into how I was bestowed these titles, here is a little bit about myself.
I am native Coloradoan, born and raised in the Weld County area. I am the eldest of two siblings and have two amazing parents without whom I'd never have had the courage to accomplish my dreams. I am soon to be married to an amazing friend and fiancé within the next year as well. Needless to say my life is very busy.
I went to school in Eaton, Colorado, and then went on to college at Aims Community College to receive my Associate's Degree in Elementary Education. From there, I pursued my passion for teaching to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education at the University of Northern Colorado. It was very clear to me early on that I would be a teacher at some point in my life. Never did I dream of becoming a founder and assistant director of a child care center.
I met Jane Doe during college who brought the idea of creating this child care facility to my attention. She has had the experience of child care and had just received her directing qualifications. We mulled the idea for a few years and finally decided to dive head first. Not knowing what to expect, we both brought directing experience and teaching experience in different areas to the table. Years later, we are finally able to welcome families into our great child care facility!
